About the Job

We are currently looking for Service Desk Analyst. We will consider relocation for candidates with exceptional skills.

 

Requirements:

        

  • Completed High School diploma
  • Candidates with 3 years in a service desk environment
  • Experience resolving escalated customer and vendor issues
  • Previous Experience in healthcare information technology
  • MCSE and A+ Certifications
  • Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL
