Job Description

Piper Companies is looking for a Service Desk Analyst in Horsham, PA for a leading Mortgage solutions company.

Service Desk Analyst.

Responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst include:

• Provides support to end-users including responding to telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support, and differentiating technical problems from users

• Ingest current processes used within the IT organization to deliver a consistent result

• Coordinates with end-users to install approved software

• Author support and process documentation for multiple systems deployed throughout the organization

• Deploy new or replace existing end-user hardware

Qualifications for the Service Desk Analyst include:

• Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience

• ITIL or HDI certification a plus

• Experience in a helpdesk environment

• Experience with Windows 7, Window 10, MS Office applications

• Both hardware and software support experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and printers

• Mobile support

Compensation/Benefits/Hours for the Service Desk Analyst :

Salary: $$45k-$47k

Shift: 10am - 7pm
