Job Title: Service Desk Technician

Location: Boise, ID (onsite)

Duration: 6 month initial contract to HIRE!

Schedule: Service Desk operates on a 24x7x365 environment. Contractors must be flexible to work any shift including off shift, overnights, and weekends. Contractors will be assigned a specific schedule after training.

Job Description:

• Provide professional solutions to end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

• Taking tier 1 level calls in support of the network.

• Utilize ticketing systems to track issues.

• Resolving customer issues with great service and compassion for their problem.

• Acts as liaison for customers and maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes.

Requirements:

1. Clearance: Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, and able to obtain and/or maintain a DoD-issued Secret or Interim Secret clearance as a condition of employment. (Sponsorship Available to those who qualify!)

2. Certification: Valid/Active CompTIA CE certification (A+, Network+, or Security+)

3. General:

a. Availability and flexibility to support any shift within 24x7x365 environment.

b. Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner.

c. Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, HP Service Manager, Remedy or other ticketing system.

d. Experience with basic troubleshooting - hardware/software.
