Our client is a leading provider of innovative on-demand software solutions and services for the residential mortgage industry. They are looking for a Service Desktop Support Engineer for a contract to hire position in Pleasanton, CA.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you are responsible to partake in day to day Service Desk duties providing technical support to users, as well as engaging in internal IT activities. This position is the frontline support for the company and will help users resolve basic technical problems. Additionally, being involved in Corp Tools support, event and facilities projects, and IT corporation projects.
