AE Business Solutions is an IT integration company and we are seeking our next IT Support Technician in the Milwaukee area! With a proven track record going back 65 years, we put our success second to the needs of our customers, while providing a unique work environment for our own employees. This IT Technician Role would be an ideal advancement for someone with over 2 years in an IT Support role and looking for that next challenge. This position is a healthy mix of phone support, and hands-on, desktop support.

 

 

 

Must-Have's:

 

 

Experience supporting Microsoft Windows O/S and Microsoft Office Suite

 

 

Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Management or other incident tracking systems

 

 

Experience with ITIL methodology, primarily incident and problem management

 

 

Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols

 

 

Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android, and Blackberries)

 

 

 

What the job entails:

 

 

Provide primary and advanced client support by taking calls, answering email, responding to tickets, answering support related questions, performing desk-side support, and participating in cross-team projects

 

 

Provide escalated troubleshooting for all technology related service requests

 

 

Support related issues for the IT Department

 

 

Provide top-notch customer service to end-users and employees
