Job Description

Service Management Reporting Lead applies his/her advanced skills and experience in developing and utilizing reporting tools, planning and managing reporting processes, and delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Service Management Reporting Lead are:

  • Develop reports and dashboards to capture operational metrics in newly established service center

  • Make sure that the team can measure and report service performance

  • Define the templates and methods for the delivery of service reports

  • Coordinate the delivery of service to the client and operations leadership

  • Create and distribute performance reports and supply service-related input to the performance management reports, as required

  • Report status to upper management on operational issues and other key metrics

  • Ensure that all the reports to the management and the client are sent within the cut off time

  • Develops and configures the reporting solution for the center

  • Coordinates testing and implementation of the reporting tools

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree;

  • Federal HR experience preferred

  • Operations Center experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional Excel skills

  • Visual Basic skills

  • Tableau Skills

  • Ability to work with team to understand reporting needs

  • Six Sigma training preferred
