Job Title: Service Now Lead

Location: West Coast California

Your Day-to-Day Role

  • Lead development of Service Now product to build differentiated solutions that are “must haves” for enterprise customers serious about security and create happy customers as advocates for their solutions
  • Engage in the market and with some of the best clients in the world to learn customer and market needs firsthand. Collaborate with Product Management to achieve a roadmap to grow the business successfully with world-class offerings
  • Manage, grow and inspire the development team for personal development, purpose, fun and great performance
  • Work in a “can-do” environment, where everyone is passionate about results that we can all be proud of
  • Apply solid programming disciplines and best practices and use the Scrum development methodology on all projects and engagements


Your Work Experience

  • Proven leadership experience for technology teams with a strong track record of success developing people, delivering compelling solutions and meeting goals 
  • Deep technical knowledge of the Service Now platform having built solutions for enterprise customers that can scale while maintaining a highly secure environment
  • Well versed in HTML and JavaScript, especially modern JavaScript libraries such as Vue.js, React.js
  • Ability to “hold your own” with SQL and database modeling
  • Extensive knowledge of agile Software Development Lifecycle 
  • Ability to make decisions methodically and account for desired results and ROI
  • 7+ years of development experience, which you will leverage to perform object-oriented analysis, design and programming activities
  • Cyber security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISA) are ideal
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Computer Science or Cyber security
