The ServiceNow Architect/Technical Lead is a thought leader and technology subject matter expert responsible for end-to-end development lifecycle of software projects within the ServiceNow enterprise application suite.

  • Lead and coach an Agile scrum team of ServiceNow developers

  • Lead solutions implementation throughout the software lifecycle which includes requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations

  • Develop and maintain product vision and roadmap including prioritization of development efforts, release plan, and delivery of features/capabilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of ServiceNow application suite and integration with external systems (e.g. 3 rd party solutions, services from public Cloud Service Providers)

  • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow application suite to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other customization required to support ITIL processes

Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.

Qualifications Required

10+ years of relevant experience in software development and architecture

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience

  • 2+ years of experience leading Agile scrum teams

  • Experienced in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services and application of those services

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused, exceptional attention to details, ability to multi-task, and effective time management


  • ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer / Implementer Certification preferred

  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must be able to live and work either in Lake Mary, FL, Mechanicsburg, PA or Gilbert, AZ area
