Work you'll do
ServiceNow practitioners who can develop case management solutions using service portal, form creation, workflow, task generations to support the stand up of a Central Portal and talent acquisition workflow solution.
•Partnering with clients and business process consultants to understand the future state of operations and creatively design applications on the ServiceNow platform that transform the way business is conducted
•Working in 2-week sprint cycles to innovatively translate user stories into automated solutions always keeping a transformative viewpoint
•Collaborating with other business modelers to learn about the ServiceNow platform, understand best practices and stay current on the latest & greatest offerings
•Learning the ins-and-outs of integrating our ServiceNow environment with existing enterprise systems with the ability to push and pull data via web services
•Developing the points of value to deliver throughout the HR Transformation effort
•Providing hands-on leadership to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
•Working side-by-side with the process team to shepherd application development through sprint cycles, gate reviews, and testing stages
