Primary Responsibilities:Demonstrates and applies understandings of modern development methodologies and tools to develop and deploy and maintain solutionsWrite, debug and test code to create working solutions Understand and apply unique programming/scripting languages specific to software engineeringUnderstand and influence underlying architecture of solutions and how it meets business goalsApply modern practices, e.g., DevOps, Agile, Cloud, ATDD, Mobile First, etc.Build instrumentation and diagnostic to support integration of maintenance into developmentDevelop self-documenting functions, API and/or micro servicesLeverage modern components, tools and technologies to design decoupled, modular, flexible solutionsBuild and support ATDD/agile development and continuous integration; continuous delivery environment (CICD)Proactively manage and monitor the operational characteristics of software solutions Use and develop algorithmsUse and develop data structuresKnow serval languages and can apply right language to the right problemImplement solutions that exemplify modern practicesReuse and/or develops moderately advanced instrumentation and diagnosticsReuse and develops self-documenting functions, API's and micro-services to solve moderately advanced problemsImplement modern components, tools and technologiesImplement practices that support ATDD and CICDImplement solutions to address issues and ensure efficient and consistent solutions

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience 5+ years of ServiceNow experience5+ years of ITSM experiencePreferred Qualifications:Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementationsSystem integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XMLStrong communication, presentation, and writing skillsExcellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team membersExperience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modulesExperience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM applicationExperience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applicationsExposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration, and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC, etc.Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNowAbility to create and manage scripts and workflowExperience in at least (1) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows ShellExperience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDBExperience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow systemExperience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIsScripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to other applicationsExperience customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro and CMS using CSS, HTML, JellyExperience with custom UI changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changesExperience with ServiceNow's ServiceWatch and/or Discovery toolsExperience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholdersPhysical & Mental Requirements:Ability to lift up to 25 poundsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAbility to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machineryAbility to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writingAbility to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solvingCareers with WellMed.
