Job Details

We are seeking a skilled HRSD Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to partner closely with the ServiceNow HRSD Architect and act as the bridge between HR stakeholders and IT/ServiceNow development teams. The BSA will gather and analyze requirements, design HRSD solutions, and ensure successful delivery of HR service management initiatives, including Configurable Workspace, Now Assist, Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, and Workday integrations. The BSA will also support Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities, including minor enhancements, defect fixes, incident triage, and process improvements to maintain HRSD service stability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
  • Partner with HRSD Architect and development teams to design scalable HRSD solutions.
  • Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story prioritization.
  • Support SIT/UAT testing and validation for new functionality and upgrades.
  • Implement Configurable Workspaces and optimize Now Assist for HR fulfillers.
  • Maintain ongoing BAU operations, monitor SLAs, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support Workday HCM and other HR system integrations, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Act as liaison between HR, IT, and development teams; facilitate workshops and training.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HRSD processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in ServiceNow HRSD environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (case resolution, knowledge management, employee relations).
  • Hands-on experience with Configurable Workspace, Now Assist, Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or other HR integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, data model, workflows, and security.
  • Agile experience, including sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
  • Agile/Scrum (CSM/PSM)
