Job Description :
Position: ServiceNow Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Length: Fulltime role

Required skills:

• Review requests for development and create low level designs. Build and unit test the enhancement requests as per the requirements.
• Performing the initial testing and releasing code for UAT.
• Co-ordinates with the SIT team to resolve all open issues reported.
• Follow scrum process and deliver the work assigned.
• Work on the assigned incidents as per the defined SLAs and update the ticket status on daily basis.
• Provide maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules
• Good knowledge and hands on experience of JavaScript, Angular JS, XML and and web services
• Good knowledge and hands on experience of Service Portal.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience of flow designer.
• Manages a team of ServiceNow Developers and establishes best practices within the team.
• Ability to perform code review as per the defined standards.
• Ability to lead a project and asses risks.
• Provides technical support to the team in the development, implementation and support activities.
• Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with a bachelor s degree.
• Understand and implement the design of the Platform enhancement
• Applies software engineering methods and techniques to the design, development, integration and/or support of products and tools.
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules and 3rd party integrations and building custom applications.
• Required ServiceNow Administration Certification
• Preferred ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Certification
