Kanini is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant / Architect Someone who has helped build large, highly scalable web platforms for thousands of users is not required, but a huge plus.

Responsibilities: The Solutions Architect is responsible for working within the Global Architecture Team. This role will work with ITSM Process Architect, PPM Process Architect, IT Architect, Business Analysts, IT support teams and other technical teams to make sure that business needs around implementation of ServiceNow Platform are in a controlled and predictive manner. The candidate should have deep knowledge of ServiceNow technologies. The Architect will have a very hands-on role.

This Architect should understand technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow. Providing high-level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation is necessary. The ideal candidate must prioritize multiple tasks effectively and deliver technical design documents. This role requires the ability to contribute appropriately to conversations and promote active listening with team member. Understanding the workflow engines is necessary. Architect must design and architect ServiceNow CMDB, discovery jobs, and automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator.
  • Define technical solutions aligned with our client s business problems at an architectural and design level of detail
  • Communicate complex technical solutions to clients
  • Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Assist the Practice Managers in region with scoping complex service engagements typically involving Orchestration, Discovery or Platform plays
  • Build POV (Proof Of Value) solutions in demo instances for proposed solutions in context of a services engagement sale
  • Will work with existing clients on developing technical solutions that may be delivered by ServiceNow Professional Services
  • Will work with Pre-Sales Solution Consultants/Architects on new business to understand and provide continuity for POV work into ServiceNow Professional Services
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Maintain current knowledge via internal webinars, case study, training, Wiki and all other resources available
Perform research into technology partner or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for integration

Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager

Some travel required

  • 5+ years of experience in ITSM implementation
  • 5+ completed full implementations
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other related field or higher (preferred)
  • Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving enterprise software
  • Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation
  • Certified in ITIL Foundation (plus)
  • Experience in ServiceNow scripting using Javascript or Jelly including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.
