Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 6 Months +
Daily Job Responsibilities
Support all ServiceNow Development and supporting tools at an enterprise level in support of a large Client for Collabera.
Responsible for providing custom application development expertise to ensure existing platform functionality with ServiceNow including Incident and Change Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog forms and workflow
Will perform a variety of development functions, including, but not limited to: • Technical review, design, develop, test and debug ServiceNow forms and workflows.
Manage tickets in queue and resolve IT incidents and service requests; • Provide analysis and documentation of code, development processes and work instructions; • Assist with maintenance planning and scheduling of changes to the ServiceNow Environment
Minimum Required Skills:
Understanding of Service Catalog, custom ServiceNow workflow, forms, reports, filters design and development to meet specified requirements • Perform a variety of development functions including creating Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Dictionary configuration • Assist with maintenance planning and scheduling of changes to the ServiceNow, including patching, cloning, and platform upgrades.
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and employees,
Strong written and communications skills.
Preferred Skills • ITIL • Performance Analytics • SOAP/REST Web Services D
Degree Required/Equivalent Experience W/o Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 8 – 10 years of IT experience. (required)
3+ years development experience developing solutions using ServiceNow or other relevant ITSM tool. (required)
2+ years of hands-on, expert knowledge of ServiceNow applications.
ServiceNow Certified Administrator (Preferred)
ServiceNow Certified Developer (Preferred)
