SharePoint Developer / Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities

* Experience with SharePoint Office 365 solutions with design, development, testing and deployment.
* Minimum of 2 yrs. Experience with SharePoint Online solutions (i.e.: SharePoint workflows and SharePoint tools such as Microsoft Flow, MS Power Automate etc.).
* Must have experience with planning, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SharePoint Online solutions.
* Must have Diagnostic and analytical skills for software/application knowledge.
* Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT Operations management.
* Ability to multitask - Sense of urgency; maintain a positive attitude.
* Strong customer service experience and a service-oriented attitude.
* Excellent telephone presence with organized follow-up skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Microsoft Active Directory, and Exchange.
* Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, DNS & DHCP.
* User Account Management processes.
* Experience with system logging, auditing, & automation of related administrative tasks.
* Experience with Shared Drive provisioning & maintenance including NTFS permissions and Security Group management.
* Experience with MS SCCM.
* Experience with VMWare environments.
* Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps.
* 3 or more years of experience in an IT technical support environment is preferred.
