The Business Architecture team in Finance & Risk Infrastructure is responsible for determining long term technology objectives for the Risk and Finance organizations, developing strategies to achieve those objectives, evaluating alternatives for strategy implementation, and working with our partners in GFTS to develop appropriate technology architecture for complex regulatory projects which span multiple teams within Risk, Finance and supporting organizations.
The Smart Automation team will be focused on bringing RPA/AI/ML capabilities to existing Risk Management and FRI initiatives with the objective of increasing overall adoption of emerging technologies including robotics. The team will be responsible for partnering with functions in Risk Management, FRI and Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS) to:
Ensure all the elements are in place for the rapid deployment of RPA, AI and other related advanced technologies, including infrastructure, vendor agreements, training and a standardized playbook
Research emerging technologies, participate in tool analysis and selection and ensure best practice adoption across businesses and functions
Support opportunity identification, business case development, funding and execution of complex projects, where needed
Oversee RPA and advanced technologies programs
We are seeking an experienced Architect and solutions designer who will lead our efforts working directly with stakeholders in Risk Management, Global Functions Technology Services and FRI to:
Address architectural issues across key programs and deliverables
Develop project plans to implement best in class architecture practices for risk systems
Develop and oversee architecture governance activities
Develop architecture standards for adoption of advanced technologies
Develop target state architecture for functions creating a clear view for digitization as well as application of advanced technologies
Analyze problem areas and recommend optimum solution approaches
Ensure key architecture and integration milestones are met
