The Software Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, planning, testing, and implementing card services solutions for both new and existing clients using IDEMIA proprietary card personalization systems. The Engineer will build custom applications as needed to support business needs, assist in special applications and infrastructure projects, and provide surge support with the Help Desk as needed.
40% Develop and maintain SSRS Reports and Serve as a Mentor/Advisor in using SQL/SSRS
* Train users, programmer analyst, and other Software Engineers
35% Demonstrates knowledge of the company's technical capabilities and processes appropriate to customer's needs
* Ability to translate client requirements into a structured plan outlining steps that reflects the objectives
* Develop and edit programs that meet the needs of the requirement and provides quality product
* Develop new and perform maintenance on existing reports using SQL SSRS 2008.
* Test new programs to ensure logic and syntax are correct and the desired results are met
* Effectively implement software changes
* Provides adequate release documentation that describes program development, installation, and
*Understands and executes all corporate, ISO 9001, and departmental policies, specifications and

Expertise in SQL and/or SSRS is a must.
Must be knowledgeable on various techniques of computer software development.
Requires the ability to understand various systems architecture and designs.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent technological experience.
Minimum 1-3 years professional experience in related areas.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English with strong written and verbal skills.
Requires excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and listening skills.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
