We're currently looking for an excited and talented Software Project Lead to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:

  • Responsible for leading technical aspects related to AUTOSAR based Software Requirements and Development including SW Development Tools, design, understanding and meeting customer requirements contained in customer and internal specifications for the design, development and test teams.
  • Review & understand the requirements provided by the customer, clarifying unclear or conflicting requirements.
  • Ensure Software System Requirements are met by Software Team.
  • Work with Overall Systems & Technical Leaders the System Architectural Design, including system boundary diagram, interfaces, constraints, and dynamic behaviors.
  • Support design teams in developing interface specifications and integrating the Mechanical, Electrical, and SW Design pieces
  • Support Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Test teams in planning to meet customer milestones and deliverables including CV, DV, and PV Design Phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure a solid interface with BCS customers.
  • Understand and Drive Implementation of all Requirements of the customers and achieve an accurate requirement analysis.
  • Participate from a Software perspective, in Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis; failure analysis; root cause analysis; and Design Validation Plan and Reporting (DVP&R)
  • Developing complex SW systems and coordinate AUTOSAR Stack Design utilizing ASPICE methodologies a to meet customer structural, packaging and performance requirements.
  • Lead in planning and developing SW test set-ups for testing and validation.
  • Familiar with SCRUM Style SW Development Management
  • Interact with customers to assure product performs appropriately in the vehicle application.
  • Lead cross functional teams throughout the product development cycle.
  • Oversight of development projects related to customer concerns and cost reductions.
  • Autonomously lead all SW Aspects per the project schedule & manage tasks independently.
  • Define SW work product quality and manage work products independently.

For this role we are requiring the following experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline required.
  • Experience and Skill Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience
  • Ability to understand and communicate topics related to embedded system electronics and software.
  • Familiarity with automotive electronics architectures including CAN and LIN communication is preferred.
  • Understanding of requirement engineering and requirement engineering tools like DOORS, POLARIAN, etc.
  • Familiar with ASPICE Assessment & Working Within a Process Capable of ASPICE Level 3
  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge in automotive design rules and standards
  • Design and technical aptitude
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and flexible
  • Good knowledge in technical project execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that specifically include the ability to communicate technical information concisely and accurately.
