Job Description

Software Support Specialist
Mid-level Aura Software Specialist needed to join team in efforts of expanding and configuring Aura features on new
implementations for large enterprise customers. US Citizenship is required and the ability to obtain and maintain an SSA
Suitability clearance is highly preferred. Programming, implementation, and professional services support for integrated
communication solutions utilizing; Avaya CS1K, Communications Manager, System Manager, Contact Center, Voice Mail,
VoIP, SIP, and all associated system features.
• Planning support for new implementations
• Completing Moves, Adds, Changes, within customer SLAs
• Maintaining integrity of resource tracking documents
• Monitoring and reporting of system capacities
• Maintaining accuracy of subscriber database
• Provisioning of new phones, softphones, users, mailboxes utilizing the following:
Avaya UCM
Avaya System Manager
Avaya Communication Manager
Avaya Aura Messaging
Avaya Session Manager
Requirements
• Bachelors or related field experience
• 5+ years of hands-on VOIP/SIP experience
• 4+ years of experience with Avaya Aura communications solutions
• Programming & design skills within the implementation of AVAYA CS1K
• Expertise in large scale Enterprise Telephony Solutions
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability and desire to learn independently
• Ability to manage time well and meet multiple deadlines
Preferred
• XML, VBA scripting
• Avaya Contact Center Applications
• Unified Communications - Video Conferencing, Softphones
• Avaya AACC
• Experience with Avaya Communications Manager, System Manager
