-Experience with analyzing requirements, concepts of operation documents, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications
-Experience with facilitating program-level processes and execution
-Experience with facilitating problem-solving to manage risk, remove impediments, drive program-level continuous improvement, validate system characteristics, properties and behaviors, and enable early feedback
-Experience with guiding users and product owners in formulating requirements, advising alternative approaches, and conducting feasibility studies
-Experience with providing technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
-Experience with developing system documentation
-Experience in communicating with program personnel, government, overseers, and senior executives
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree and 12 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or a MA or MS degree and 10 years of experience of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred
