Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
· Collaborate with delivery teams to develop analytical documentation needed to assist in technical delivery
· Display knowledge of creation of business process documents such as Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Technical Specification Documents (TSD), Runbook, and Reporting Wireframes
· Create ad-hoc documentation such as supporting docs specific to business processes, out of scope enhancements, change requests and information that goes into the test library
· Provide project support documentation and other project related collateral for emphasis on consistent process/procedures on future engagements
From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to analyze, design, develop, and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of their supply chains across industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects, integrators, analytics experts, domain specialists to creative digital experts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advisory services, advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, STEM, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
· 4-7 years’ of experience developing delivery process documentation
· Understanding of UAT, test cases, functional design documents, technical specification documents, Runbook, and reporting Wireframes
· Understanding of best practices specific to project engagement methodologies specific to warehouse management solutions such as Manhattan WMS
· Understanding of change management processes and procedures specific to handling of change requests
· Solid skills with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel
· Must be willing to live and work in the Orlando, FL area
· Must be willing to travel up to 20%
· Ability to create and manage document repository to manage functional and technical process templates
· Strong documentation and training skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
· Support project process and procedures within Manhattan WMS solutions
Minimum of 2 years big consulting firm and/or industry experience
