M23086 SOLUTIONS ANALYST - CRM II
Maxonic is seeking a CRM - Solutions Analyst II to provide our client with on-call and system support for group marketing applications including CRM. This role works with business users and other key stakeholders to formulate business and functional requirements or systems specifications across multiple business functions or application environments to create system and software solutions, and executes short duration projects (1-3 months) independently. This role is expected to maintain expertise across an application environment (CRM) or a functional vertical (group sales and operations) and work effectively with other IT Professionals to ensure that the application environment is stable, efficient and responsive to business needs. Provide Subject Matter Expertise for Group Sales and Operations business functions or configuration of CRM application system environments and application suite.
In partnership with the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team provide SME or determining business requirements to address business opportunities or issues across business functions within a functional vertical (e.g., Front-of-House).
Working with the BRM team and vendors, actively participate in the discovery phase in support of the business requirements across functional areas.
Assist in providing input for project/effort modeling and sizing of solutions.
Support a user group of 200 to 300 in a team environment.
Develop functional and technical specifications from the business requirements.
Develop criteria for supporting developed solutions.
Create solutions that will include components of systems development, process improvement, organizational change, strategic planning or policy development.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives concurrently, including application and on call support, minor projects, major projects, functional requirements, systems specifications and subject matter expertise.
Work independently with users to define concepts under direction of project managers and BRM
Continuously build knowledge base of company application suite, provide L2 application and on call support for company application suite.
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Must be willing to be 24 x 7 on-call support and adapt to a changing environment
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: business requirements, functional requirements, Use Cases, etc.
Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
Drive and collaborate with business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
Serve as the conduit between the voice of the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5-7 years in business requirements gathering and definition highly desired.
3+ years in information technology or working with information technology professionals.
Expertise associate d with a CRM environment, Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, SugarCRM, etc.
Experience with large and complex projects.
Business analysis skills, with the ability to forecast implications and provide consultative recommendations and solutions.
Casino and hospitality application knowledge preferred.
IIBA certification preferred.
Windows server, Windows IIS server
Microsoft SQL, SSRS, relational database development & maintenance
Data stewardship experience
SOAP & REST integrations
