Our customer is needing to bring on a Solutions Engineer as a DIRECT HIRE. This person will consult customers in integrating their SaaS into the customers environment. This person will be working within the Product Delivery Team to ensure customers needs are met and acting as a liaison between internal and external developers. This position will sit remote and require about 15% travel within the US interacting with all levels of decision makers and leadership.Skills and Requirements:
-Experience in the payments or insurance industry required.
-5+ years of SaaS experience required.
-Experience with one or more modern scripting languages (e.g. Angular, jQuery) and popular programming languages (e.g. C#) is required.
-Business savvy to understand & probe customer needs.
-Ability to discuss API (REST, Soap, etc.) connections with customers. Experience with demonstrating APIs in a Postman type of a tool or any other REST API.
-Creating Architecture Integration diagrams to demonstrate to customers best practices.Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS) or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to customer and other locations in the United States.
