Within the Global Managed Services (GMS) division of itelligence in the Customer & Partner Engagement business area (GMS Sales)

Accountability:

- Responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships in direct sales and overlay sales with the responsible customer account managers of the respective market unit.

- Responsibility for incoming orders for AMS/MCS (IT Outsourcing) services in the assigned customer segment or market unit.

Target markets and customer spectrum:

- The addressed customer segment is large enterprise customers or upper midsize companies with a multinational character.

Tasks:

- Qualification and acquisition of new customers in the area of Managed Services (Application Management Services and / or Managed Cloud Services) for large enterprise customers and the upper middle class.

- Addressing customers via a value-based selling approach.

- Presentation of business benefits at decision maker level.

- Expansion of existing customer relationships through cross and up-sell activities together with account management.

- Leading and orchestrating an Opportunity Team also in international composition.

- Sales planning based on portfolio and potential analyses for assigned target markets.

- Active support in the complete customer engagement lifecycle.

- Application of a professional sales process.

- Evaluate and negotiate complex service contracts.

- Documentation and maintenance of results and activities in the CRM system

- Accepting new market requirements and anticipating them in the Managed Services environment

- Presentation of the company down to C-level

Requirements:

- Degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable field of study

- Several years of professional experience in sales with proven successes

- Sound experience in the field of solution-oriented IT service sales

- Sound knowledge of the market and competitive situation in the area of IT services in the SAP environment, in particular Application Management Services

Negotiating confidence in dealing with customers and partners

- Customer orientation, willingness to deal with conflicts and organizational strength

- Very good presentation and communication skills in English

- Competitive orientation and determination in combination with high results orientation

- Mobility

Location:

- This position will be hired in Germany, Europe (e.g. Nordics, BeNeLux, France, UK), US and APAC.
