Job Description

Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

Location: New York, NY

Duration: Fulltime

Qualification:

  1. 12 + years of IT experience
  2. 7 + years of the project management experience
  3. Project Management skills – Project Planning, Scheduling, Change management, Risk Management, Team resource allocation, Client management.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  5. Experience on ServiceNow platform related project delivery.

Responsibility:

  1. The project manager will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, control and successful delivery of the project.
  2. Client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
  3. Implement and manage project deliverables with project team.
  4. Executed sprint planning, requirement estimation and implementation planning.
  5. Identify client’s business needs and work with project team for delivery.
  6. Manage the project timeline, update project tasks and provide status updates to the project stakeholders.
  7. Manage project resources and work with client manager(s) for coordination.
  8. Ensures quality of the deliverables and client satisfaction.
