Position Responsibilities
  • Manage & prioritize the IT demand generated; reviewing continuous improvement initiatives through to making capital appropriation requests for large projects.
  • Proactively and effectively communicate progress of directly or indirectly owned pending demand and active projects throughout the life cycle. It can be anticipated that there will be numerous concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups- translating and interpreting business needs into actionable requirements and into deliverable solutions.
  • Provides guidance to internal Business Leads on application functions.
  • Supports change management activities by assisting with development of training materials- training scenarios- documentation- communication and change impacts.
  • Leads teams of subject matter experts and consultants to support system implementation and produce quality and timely deliverables from initial blueprint through testing and production deployment project phases.
  • Coach- manage- and mentor team members through regular one on one meetings and the performance management process.
  • Maintaining and developing relevant expertise in the domain.
  • Responsible for maintaining and controlling the suite of reports that are utilized to drive the business process.
  • Leads timely issue identification- resolution- escalation when appropriate.

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT- Finance or Business)
  • Minimum 7 years functional and technical and functional combined:
    • Experience in leading business and IT workstreams of ERP implementations
    • Requirements definition/mapping
    • Solution design and workshop facilitation experience
    • Hands-on development of project deliverables - formal/structured methodology.
    • Applying required configuration changes.
    • Test planning and scenario creation.
  • Solid blend of business and technical capabilities- business operating models and underlying technical architectures
  • Demonstrates advanced process & technical knowledge of the core area supported as well as the areas integrating with their area. Deep understanding of end-to-end processes.
  • SAP configuration and functional knowledge in New General ledger accounting- Accounts Payable- Accounts receivables- Asset accounting- Capital projects.
  • Expertise with Controlling and product costing modules.
    • Experience integrating FI/CO with MM and PP/PI modules
    • Experience with designing- building and deploying process manufacturing related product costing set up.
    • Well versed with overhead and absorption costing methods and techniques
  • Experience of leading through and with teams- effectively lead a team- delegate responsibility and hold team members accountable for assignments.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with both local and remote teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Consumer Products Industry experience desirable.
  • Ability to travel 25% or more as part of the role on a routine basis
