Job Description

Our client who is a global provider of equipment and services is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst. This role will lead and facilitate business information gathering from a variety of sources and will be the Global Sales Operations team lead for IT coordination. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is a direct-hire role located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate business requirements gathering with business stakeholders from commercial teams (sales, service, marketing).
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage Salesforce roadmap.
  • Providing functional expertise for business processes and how to enhance via Salesforce.
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards in collaboration with power users and commercial leadership to gain insights into KPI’s, growth targets, and other metrics.
  • Provide to users Salesforce, CPQ training, skills development, support, and assistance.
  • Extensive hands-on administration and configuration of Salesforce.com, leveraging knowledge from application releases and new features.
  • Collaborate with the IT group to design solutions that meet business needs and fulfill Cyber Security needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years with strong technical and functional experience in hands-on application administration and configuration of SalesForce.com
  • Expertise with SFDC Einstein Analytics, ETL tools, with SQL or SQL-like experience.
  • SFDC ADMIN 201/ADMIN 301 and other certifications.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, process, and use case modeling, and data mapping.
  • Ability to analyze data problems and propose solutions.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity issues with the ability to review customer requirements.
