Novus is looking for a Sr. Business Developer:
This is a target-based position with a base salary and variable component. The variable component will be based on performance, achieving booking margin and revenue numbers.
Must have experience in closing enterprise deals with annual quota of over 5 million
Must be able to generate over 5 million of annual revenue in new sales
Candidate must be able to drive new business and new customer accounts
Candidate must be able to demonstrate quick success by leveraging known relationships to drive high value consulting business to Novus
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must have experience in signing deal values ranging between USD 5M to USD 10M
Must have expertise in proposal writing
Must be able to demonstrate success through existing relationships
Must have experience in selling SAP or IT Consulting services and projects
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
