Job Description

The Campus Recruiting Consultant role will oversee the execution and maintenance of all student recruitment programs, identify and help resolve recruitment issues, engage regularly with students and campuses, and input to regular and ad-hoc campus recruitment reporting. There are opportunities to work on projects to enhance and build our campus recruiting initiatives. The recruitment area of the client is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with established service delivery standards. Campus Recruiting Consultant will be accountable for:
• Acts as campus ambassador and primary point of contact for career services offices, student and diversity organizations, faculty, candidates, and other appropriate groups at target universities
• Sets forth, manages and implements the Client U.S strategy for university relations and college recruiting
• Develops and executes diversity & inclusion strategy for core schools that target women and underrepresented minorities yielding in a diverse pipeline of best-in-class talent
• Plans, organizes and executes all recruiting events at target schools including info sessions, presentations, career fairs, and interviews
• Drives the deployment of additional resources to support campus events and activities by utilizing alumni and other members of the business
• Oversees the development and implementation of a uniform campus brand message that presents the client as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities
• Participates on and leverages social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to promote jobs, engage students, build relationships with students and career centers and promote Client's social channels
• Key ownership of tracking and providing applicable metrics and analysis of recruiting activities to management team
• Makes recommendations to management for improvement of organization's college recruitment policies, practices & procedures, branding, etc.
• Works with Client's eRecruitment and Marketing departments to create innovative strategies to promote Client's programs and student opportunities
• Manages the end-to-end candidate process, including resume screening, interviews, selection, offers, hires and onboarding
• Exercises influence and/or manages others in the execution of sourcing strategy
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment
• Campus recruitment experience is a MUST
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid client and institution relationship management experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of recruiting activities
• Ability to conduct capability based interviews
• Experience with social media in the campus recruiting landscape
• Demonstrated consulting skills
• Experience recruiting with Workday
• Ability to build relationships and networks
• Customer service orientation
