The Sr. Project Manager provides oversight for all phases of the project or sprint life cycle. The Sr. Project Manager also analyzes and documents business requirements/user stories and assists business owners and the procurement team with creating Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) documentation. This position will coordinate vendor demonstrations and selections, lead project team meetings or conference calls, and coordinate testing, training, and implementation activities to ensure successful project deployment. They will also create project plans, timelines, and task assignments while holding team members accountable through project completion.
The Sr. Project Manager will perform ongoing Vendor Management administration for the organization as well as assist with the development of new vendor workflows and methodology. This team member will possibly facilitate annual vendor reviews and perform ongoing monitoring utilizing vendor software. The Sr. Project Manager attends and assists with Operational Oversight Committee meetings and produces monthly/weekly/daily reporting. This team member strives to maintain team harmony and demonstrates Greyhound core values.
