The purpose of this role: Own and further develop Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analytics Suite product and roadmap across all RGM pillars - Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Trade Promotions, Trade Terms, and Assortment/Mix. The RGM Analytics Suite product is critical in delivering against our client's profitable growth agenda. The role will be responsible for defining clear action plans across regions and markets and identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics in order to embed RGM Analytics Suite into markets / key Customers and Customer Strategy teams to support key business decisions, drive business improvements and deliver business value.

Job Requirements:

  • Formulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for building RGM analytics capabilities across the Data & Analytics portfolio, and work with others in aligning the strategic priorities, dependencies, and roadmap across the IT portfolio
  • RGM Analytics Suite Product Lead should exhibit full ownership of RGM data assets, capabilities, and future roadmap.
  • Work on the development of descriptive, diagnostics, predictive and prescriptive (custom models/algorithms) analytics products to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
  • Close cooperation with Sales Tower RGM IT, RGM Center Of Excellence (CoE), and business stakeholders across the organization,
  • Engages with, consults, and influences business stakeholders on analytical solutions to solve business problems.
  • Expert in RGM business requirements translates them into functional and non-functional user stories and quantifies the value/impact of new features for prioritization.
  • Drives the implementation and adoption of analytical products end-to-end and is accountable for their success over the product life cycle.
  • Project management experience.
  • Sales process knowledge (trade promotion management, retail execution, customer planning) experience (Preferred)
  • Support the data strategy which encompasses data collection architecture, data governance, and data reporting infrastructure.

Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 Yrs (Min.) of IT and business/industry work experience, with experience in managing cross-functional teams or projects, influencing key stakeholders.
  • 3-5 yrs (Min.) of analytics and business intelligence experience.
  • 3 Yrs (Min) of experience performing advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis.
