Our Opportunity:

The Digital Rep Solutions organization is responsible for supporting and designing client facing rep platforms to drive efficiency through innovation, problem solving, solution design, UX design, and prototyping. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional representative experience and enable the ability to establish, grow and solidify relationships with our clients. The group supports various lines of businesses and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders including technology, sales and service, strategy and marketing. 

This role will specifically be part of the Digital Rep Solutions Accelerator program. The accelerator program consists of focused lean teams innovating on strategic rep enabling solutions, through a differentiated working model that is focused on speed, agility, and user experience.

We are seeking a Product Manager who will lead and drive work within the Sales Desktop accelerator. Responsibilities will include, actively partnering with business, technology and enterprise platform partners to define, develop and execute against the strategy and roadmap for the future state Sales Desktop. Our ideal candidate communicates effectively with various stakeholders across business and technology and thrives on being the voice of the client. 

What you?ll do:

  • Understand and articulate client and rep pain points and define the right solutions.
  • Utilize critical insights from Product Management research to develop value propositions and business cases.
  • Partner with technology peers to solution and understand technology dependencies.
  • Manage the teams backlog, including writing and grooming Epics and User stories.
  • Be accountable for day to day support and feedback, content, training and tools that ensure user enablement and the future evolution of features and capabilities.
  • Continuously integrate feedback from metrics, clients, stakeholders and customers into recommendations for improving delivery and evolving our operating models and Agile frameworks.

What you have:

  • 3 to 5 years of software development and/or product development experience.
  • Proven experience with Agile and Design Thinking and strong knowledge of Lean and Product Management Practices.
  • Successful history of partnering with key business and delivery stakeholders.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, deep curiosity, and focused execution to drive strategic vision.
  • Effective relationship builder--ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations, create presentations and present to management.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
