SRCM - Sales Technology team requires a senior programmer to help develop and maintain the existing CRM application, Harbor Framework and the underlying technologies like HTML5, JS, Angular JS, SignalR, WPF, WCF. This will help us add more functionality to the Stakeholder and regulatory asks using the framework. This framework also enables teams to easily build and roll out their features using the framework and also help us support multiple form factors without major code change. Responsibilities include Strong HTML5, Java Script, Angular, WCF/WPF development with .NET grounding/background and other good to have skills.
.NET/Web developer who has also been in a Senior Development position to work across all layers of rich client and web applications for Sales CRM Application in the Global Markets Technology Space. At least 10+ years of work experience.
Highly desirable: WCF, Web Services, ASP.NET MVC or Web API, JSP, Servlets, CSS, JSTL, Custom TAGs creation, JQuery, bootstrap, Analytics (Tagging, PDL) and any HTML5 technologies.
Good to have: Database, especially Oracle. COM interop. PRISM for WPF. MEF and other IOC/DI experience.
Work with Quality Assurance, Release Management and Tradeplant for code deployments.
Microsoft Team Foundation Administration and Configuration experience (TFS2010 or above).
Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
Experience with Build and Deployment automation
Experience with Java & .NET build systems
Familiarity with Apache Mesos, Kubernetes, Containers (Docker), and DevOps products like Electric Cloud will be a significant advantage
Oversee technology/application integration and implementation
Plan and implement disaster recovery environment for continuity of operations
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with team, key stakeholders, including management and end users.
Previous experience in the financial services field, preferably within the institutional business
Minimum 8-10 years working in a large & complex environment and handling multiple work streams
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and functional requirements
Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Highly versed in various SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and agile software development lifecycle
Experience of CRM applications, workflows and UI
Excellent process and data modeling skills
SQL skills, Infrastructure and Telephony
Strongly detail oriented, organized, and analytical
Willingness to work 100% hands-on capacity (Very important)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment
