Position: Sr. Project Manager (Call Center Applications/Salesforce)

Rate: Open, depends on exp level (W2 Only)
Calance is a 1st tier vendor with 35 consultants working on-site for this global client. Although this is a contract role, the average consultant has been on project between 5-7 years. All work will be performed on-site and you MUST be available for a face to face interviews.
Develops the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise wide high level project plan.
Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
Communicates with IT leadership, business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.
Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.
Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identity and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
Works under general direction of senior level management.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of the program.
Directs and mentors a team of project managers, portfolio managers, and/or other project management staff.
Daily Tasks Performed:
Provide oversight for all projects and supported applications
Keep the program on schedule
Manage invoices and track project financials
Prepare and present project / program status to Senior Management and Executives
Facilitate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas and external vendors
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: (Resume must reflect this experience)
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, managing enterprise-wide IT programs
Experience managing project plans, monitors progress, resource usage and quality, and makes needed adjustments
Experience managing and maintaining CALL CENTER APPLICATIONS, Salesforce (CRM)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Take personal ownership and responsibility for all deliverables
Quality-focused, and supportive of end users
Experience creating presentations in Powerpoint
Experience using MS Project, Word, Excel and Visio
Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred/Desired Skills: (Not required)
Experience working with Genesys systems
