Our Customer located in Phpenix, AZ is seeking a Sr. Project Manager. The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for providing leadership and project management for Infrastructure related projects, Network upgrades, Data Center Migration from one vendor to another, Server upgrade projects, Server build projects, Office365 migrations, and Virtualization at both the Server and Desktop levels and the migration of virtual machines and their associated applications and data from one VM environment to another. You will be responsible with defining and developing the implementation and upgrade process and strategy to ensure company deadlines are met.
This role requires excellent creative, analytical and technical problem solving skills as well as people management skills and a deep understanding of the Project Management lifecycle. Excellent Risk Management, Status Reporting and Executive level communication skills is mandatory.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Lead project strategy in collaboration with senior management, operations staff and key vendor partners
Set KPIs for measuring project success in support of financial targets, operational efficiencies and new store and existing store upgrade roll-outs.
Define and implement processes and procedures related to Healthcare Infrastructure, Cloud Based implementation and Virtualization upgrade activities.
Monitor production levels of all assigned delivery personnel, taking corrective actions should performance fall below acceptable levels and rewarding outstanding performance
Plan and execute projects according to aggressive deadlines and budgets
Coordinate resources and efforts of team members, partner team across IS and the organization, third party contractors and consultants in order to deliver projects, support, maintenance and enhancements
o Create the Project Charters and Scope Statements
o Develop scope, time, cost, resource, and quality requirements using Business Case, WBS, schedule, budget, issues resolution, quality assurance, change, risk, and communications management
o Prepare for solicitation RFI, RFP, SOW, and Resource Planning
o Build and maintain a cohesive project team and foster working relationships
o Manage, maintain, and track the overall project plan and task assignments
o Deliver project status reports to all key stakeholders
o Identify, maintain and communicate Project Risk registers
o Facilitate the project evaluation and obtain approval to close out the project
o Perform contract and project closeout activities, and archive project information
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field experience required.
8 years of IT experience; majority of those years in Project Management is required.
5 years' experience in Infrastructure, Cloud and Virtualization solutions.
Professional Certification in Project Management (PMP/PMI) is required.
Knowledge and Skills
Requirements management skills, including vendor management skills, and PM tool usage.
Project management lifecycle experience.
Current healthcare insurance industry protocols, standards, and technologies.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience utilizing MS Project as a project management tool preferred.
Ability to convey technological concepts that satisfy business requirements.
Must understand project management, workflow redesign and advanced business process design experience.
