Job Description

A Leading Investment Bank in Manhattan is seeking a Full-Time, Permanent,Employee position for a Sr. Sales & Trading Analyst/Business Owner for their growing CRM & Analytics Team:

CRM & Analytics Team Overview:

The CRM & Analytics team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team responsible for leading the firm s global digitalization effort. This initiative, spanning all client-facing business units and corporate functions, will drive innovation and strategic change through technology, data science, and deep analytics. The team partners with key business leaders and industry experts to build transformational technology to drive revenue, maximize efficiency, and optimize the allocation of resources. The CRM & Analytics team is at the forefront of the Bank's cloud initiative, leveraging best-in-class cloud-based technologies to replace legacy on-premises solutions to provide intelligent trend insights, actionable opportunities, decision support, and transparency into all client and business-related activities.


Business Analysts will work with end users to gather, analyze and document their business requirements and work with product managers, user design specialists and other technology partners to develop designs for implementation:

  • Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
  • Documenting current state and future state processes and business /functional requirement documents, including data flow, business rules, and use cases
  • Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
  • Assist in the change management and QA/Testing phases of the project
  • Assist in coordinating business unit subject matter expert meetings in order to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements
  • Help ensure project team is adhering to project plans and helping to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Deep understanding and experience managing all phases of the product development lifecycle

Key Deliverables:

  • Process documentation
  • Project Management
  • Business requirements / user story documentation
  • Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans

Wireframes and mock-ups to illustrate the solution design

Required Background:

  • 5+ years in a large organization or major consulting organization focused on a Business Analysis type role
  • Solid Capital Markets or Investment Banking experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Goal-orientated, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be detail orientated

Desired Skills:

  • and Tier1CRM implementation experience
