PURPOSE OF JOB:
As a Senior Technical Architect, you'll lead a team of technical experts to deliver innovative, cost-effective and efficient IT solutions in support of US Government Federal customers. IT Solutions for our customers will span IT technologies including but not limited to enterprise infrastructure and support, mobile and remote services for personnel in the field, DevOps, Network Operations, Security Operations, Server and Storage management, and cloud. In this role, the Senior Technical Architect will oversee the programs to ensure the solution implemented meets customer business, technical, and regulatory requirements for mission essential IT systems. You will serve as an escalation point for engineers on complex and high-profile issues. You will lead architecture discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder interviews to plan and design enterprise solutions to address customer needs.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Selected applicants will be subject to a background investigation. Individual’s primary workstation is located in an office area with overhead lighting. The noise level in this environment is low to moderate. Regularly required to sit for extended periods up to 80% of time; frequently required to move about to access file cabinets and use office equipment such as PC, copier, fax, telephone, cell phone, etc. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of time.
