Job Title: Staff Engineer – Technical Solution

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 6 Month

 

Staff Engineer – Technical Solution
The client focuses research on open innovation of advanced information and communications
technology (ICT) domains that will benefit an intelligent and digital society. By focusing on open
innovation beyond traditional ICT industry, the client aims to partner with industrial ecosystems.
The client is looking for a talented Technical Solution Engineer to support their developers to build
applications based on their own ecosystem.

Responsibilities for Staff Engineer - Technical Solution
• Attend in-person meetings/e-meetings with external Android app developers / Content Providers
(CP) to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Respond to external Android app developers / Content Providers (CP) inquiries and assist in
troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
• Work with client Business Development (BD) team on bringing additional external Content
Providers (CP) into the client's Android ecosystem.
• Implement and test mobile SDK, backend API such as ads attribution, cloud messaging, etc.
• Review the challenge from developers, provide technical assistance, document steps taken to
resolve them, create training materials pertaining to software troubleshooting and usage.
• Act as the initial point of contact for all developer-related concerns from clients.

Qualifications for Staff Engineer - Technical Solution
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science degree is a minimum requirement.
• 8+ years of app-development experience in Android/Java/JS.
• Experienced with backend engineering such as testing/implementation of RESTful API (Postman).
• Experienced with mobile SDK integration experience.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with clients.
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.

Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
• Web development (JS/HTML/CSS), direct technical support experience a plus.
