The team

Supply Chain & Network Operations

Our Supply Chain Networks team helps clients transform their value

chains into competitive weapons. We drive efficiency, improve flexibility, and

increase responsiveness through proactive insights and decision-making. We

advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring

world-class supply network and operational capabilities to our clients. We

provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and

industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value.

Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the

breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value

through M&A events.

Work you'll do

Our Synchronized Planning & Fulfillment practice offers

knowledge, skills, and experience to help companies plan and efficiently

operate their networks globally while executing effectively at the local level.

We work with companies to develop strategy, identify opportunities, and create

innovative alternatives that provide supply chain improvement for shareholders

and customers.



  • At least 3 years functional knowledge and experience in

    Demand Planning, Supply Planning (e.g., Inventory, MRP, Production, DRP),

    or Sales & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning

  • A minimum of 1 year in designing and implementing

    Advanced Planning Solutions such as Kinaxis ( RapidResponse ), o9 Solutions, OM Partners, SAP IBP, JDA, Quintiq,

    etc. in the capacity of a Solution Consultant, including supporting the

    Solution Architect in making design decisions concerning the platform and

    supporting technologies

  • Experience in software consulting, implementation

    or development projects

  • Understanding of the solution development life cycle,

    including business requirements gathering, review of functional

    specifications, development of test plans, end-user training, and


* Experience

working with relational databases and database query tools

* Data maturity and readiness assessment experience

  • Experience integrating APS tools to ERP systems (e.g., SAP

    and Oracle) a plus

  • A Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Engineering, Computer

    Science, Supply Chain Management or related field, is required

  • Ability to travel 20 to 50% of the time
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including

    presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with

    the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well

    in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project

    work streams

  • Analytics and attention to detail
