you'll do/Responsibilities

Our Synchronized Planning & Fulfillment

practice offers knowledge, skills, and experience to help companies plan and

efficiently operate their networks globally while executing effectively at the

local level. We work with companies to develop strategy, identify

opportunities, and create innovative alternatives that provide supply chain

improvement for shareholders and customers.



From our centers, we work with Deloitte

consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine,

reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of supply chain processes across

industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems

designers, architects, integrators, analytics experts, to creative digital

experts as well as cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work

together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and

methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and

experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized

career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on

quality. The US Delivery Center supports

* B.S

Degree in
Engineering, Computer Science, Supply

Chain Management
or related business discipline

* Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

* At

least 3 years functional knowledge and experience in Demand Planning, Supply

Planning (e.g., Inventory, MRP, Production, DRP), or Sales & Operations

Planning / Integrated Business Planning

* A

minimum of 2 years in utilizing Advanced Planning Solution(s) such as Kinaxis (RapidResponse), o9 Solutions, Logility,

OM Partners, SAP IBP, JDA, Quintiq, etc

* Understanding

of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements

gathering, review of functional specifications, development of test plans,

end-user training, and deployment

* Experience

working with relational databases and database query tools preferred

* Data

maturity and readiness assessment understanding

* Ability

to operate in a nuanced environment where methodologies and answers are

sometimes unclear

* Must be willing to

live and work in Gilbert, AZ area.


* Master's

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or related

business discipline

* Strong business partnering skills

with individuals across the organization in a matrixed environment

  • Ability to work independently, detail oriented, capable of

    working in a fast-paced production environment and managing to

    deadlines, and drives for results

  • Experience integrating APS tools to ERP systems (e.g.,

    SAP and Oracle)

* Experience in

software consulting, implementation or development projects

* Exercising judgment and influencing

work stream leads, technology and change managers to ensure enforcement of

program management process with appropriate oversight and transparency
