A client of ours in Indianapolis is looking to add a Support .NET developer to its team. This is a small, progressive company with a unique Saas solution. This role offers tremendous upward mobility for someone with development knowledge who is also able to help out in the support space by fixing bugs within the code and learning the ins and outs of the organization and its unique service offering!

The Support .NET Developer will be responsible for owning the backlog of field and customer support tickets while solving the problems behind them by diving into the code and fixing the core issue. In this role, you will strive to understand the technology, the product, and the business side of the organization while leveraging your coding background to maintain and improve the products by mitigating defects. You will also participate and provide feedback to improve the processes of the SCRUM based SDLC while working closely with other developers and internal stakeholders.

Own the support queue of field and customer support tickets working to resolve current issues and prevent future incidents
Maintain and improve existing products by fixing minor visual defects and more complex code-related defects
Work collaboratively and independently to investigate and solve complex product issues
Travel requirements will be minimal
