Call Center Help Desk Technician

Provide global industry-leading technical support over the telephone to customers M - F, 8-5pm CST
Communicate through multiple pathways (phone, fax, email, etc.)
Manage inquiries and provide technical product support for clinician, rep and patient customers utilizing the proprietary software.
Educate, support and train customers through phone consultation, training programs, written correspondence and general field assistance
Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments and concerns
Create relevant technical publications and reference materials
Maintain up-to-date general industry knowledge
Establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
-HS Degree required with some post-secondary training (IT or Medical Certifications or Associates Degree)
-Medical or IT background
-Technical Call Center experience
