Job Title: Support Engineer

Location: Juliet TN- will be on-site

Contract: 12 months to start

Interview Process: 1 round phone interview.

Target Start Date: 3rd Oct

Pay Rate: 27.36

Responsibilities:
  • Include using engineering knowledge to identify and trouble shoot/resolve issues to support root cause determination activities and studies and to provide effective written and oral communication with the engineering team.
  • The role will involve physically moving loaded carts within the work cell
  • Provide feedback to HW and SW teams that improve deployment, maintenance, and user experience
  • Respond to feedback and issue reporting from production systems
  • Support field certification activities bull Identify lessons learned and propose continuous improvement actions

Requirements:
  • BS in Robotics Mechanical Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Experience with integrating debugging and supporting industrial robotic systems
  • Experience with functional safety systems for industrial controls
  • Experience managing onsite relationships with internal and external teams during deployment Also must be able to lift 50lbs
