Position: Support Technician - End User
Job location (City, State) - Hunt Valley, MD(Onsite)
Long-term contract
Job Description:
  • Client facing End user support technician to work at client site.
  • Support desktops, printers, pc upgrades, ServiceNow tickets, software upgrades, collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
  • Manage techbar to troubleshoot user concerns.
  • Create id's for users based on service requests.
Min Qualifications
  • Servicenow, basic networking troubleshooting, Windows L2, client facing, working as a team, collaborate with others, ticket mgt
  • 5 years of experience
