We have a new opportunity for a Support Technician, who can apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks pertaining to Apple or PC hardware, software, and Apple / Microsoft operating systems.


  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Ability to work from a bent, crouched, or kneeled position
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Technical college degree or comparable, preferably in Computer Science
  • A+ Certification
  • Baseline OEM certifications which include any of the following, depending on assignment: Dell Desktop / Laptop, Lenovo Desktop / Laptop, Lexmark Printer, IBM Printer, Server+, and/or other name-brand certifications

Scope of Activity:
  • Microsoft operating system software
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Desktop software installation and configuration
  • Legacy systems support:
    • Windows 95
    • Windows NT
    • Windows XP
    • Windows Vista
    • Windows 7
  • Manufacturing Personal Computing (PC) Support
  • Laboratory PC Support
  • Desktop imaging tools
  • Desktop network configuration
  • Smart Hands activity: physical device count survey, basic patching, LED verification, crash cart assistance (console recorder / reporter), power cycling (reboot of equipment), replace media (i.e. USB thumb drive, DVD)
