Job Description:

Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: Direct, full time
Pay range: $50-65KYR DOE

Job Responsibilities:
Research, evaluate and recommend new hardware/software to support expanding enterprise system infrastructure.
Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot servers, applications, storage & network connectivity for all servers, working with Partners and Global IT as needed, while documenting activities per the service delivery processes.
Provide Windows server support for both physical and virtual windows servers at various locations by troubleshooting and resolving user problems, rebuilding user profiles, hardware deployment, monitoring issues, hardware issues, OS issues, disk space, antivirus, and software installation.
Manage the Active Directory infrastructure and collaborate with teams to ensure it integrates seamlessly with all components including network, security, messaging and remote access, and virtualized computing environments.
Deliver high performing service support: IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and core site infrastructure.
Works with France to assist with communications and implementations, transitions and projects as needed.

Job requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
3 years of system administrator experience.
3 years of experience designing and supporting TCP/IP networking, including DNS, DHCP and VoIP.
2 years of demonstrated experience with cluster and network load balancing in a Terminal Server environment.
Strong knowledge of CNAME, A records and ARP tables
Strong knowledge of ERP's
Recent experience with Private Cloud infrastructures running on VMware/vSphere.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory including advanced GP design and security segregation.
Intermediate knowledge of configuration/troubleshooting for Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers, ASA firewalls)

Bonus skills:
MCSE or MCSA Certification a plus.
French language ability is a plus
