Responsibilities

We are looking for a Help Desk/Systems Administrator to join our team in McLean, Virginia!

  • Day-to-day technical support throughout the McLean Office.
  • Promptly resolve issues through the IT ticketing system.
  • Office 365 support.
  • JIRA administration.
  • Network Security and administration.
  • Antivirus and software/firmware updates, and vulnerability patching.
  • Setting up or troubleshooting servers and computers.
  • Onboarding new employees and administering user accounts and access.
  • Researching new technologies and improvements for the Dovel infrastructure.
  • Phone system support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
  • 1 year of help desk experience.
  • Must have excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve or escalate incidents.
  • Position is located in McLean, VA with occasional travel to Rockville, MD.
