We're looking for a person who can self-manage, drive tasks to completion proactively, and has a positive attitude. Our team works at a high pace and has responsibility for systems around the world. Working autonomously or as a member of a team is critical. We're also looking for a person with the ability to understand complex services and who has the aptitude to figure out and solve complex problems.
Responsible for maintaining internal IT Services in use by employees around the world.
Looks for opportunities for continuous improvement in all areas and communicates those opportunities.
Responds to issues and requests pertaining to IT systems and services.
Proactive support and monitoring to ensure service operations perform within expected perimeters.
Participates in a periodic on-call rotation.
Provide support after hours when an urgent or emergency situation arises.
Creates and reviews service documentation and diagrams as necessary. Qualifications
We are looking for a responsible, goal oriented person with qualifications aligning in many of the following areas:
Minimum of 5 years of system administration experience
Advanced troubleshooting skills meaning you have a great ability to understand problems and create solutions
Knowledge and experience managing and administering the following technologies:
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016
- Active Directory (Domain Architecture, DNS, DHCP, Sites & Services etc.)
- Active Directory Federation Services
- Exchange 2016
- Office 365 (Azure AD / Exchange Online)
- Email Gateway Solutions (Microsoft Exchange Online Protection / CISCO IronPort / Barracuda)
- Multi-Factor Authentication Solutions
- Microsoft InTune Mobile Device Management
- Microsoft Identity Manager
- Systems Center Operations Manager and Configuration Manager
- CITRIX XenApp
- Endpoint Protection Software
