We have a key spot available on our team working on-site in downtown Washington DC as part of one of our highest profile teams. In fact, the team’s been doing so well that we’re more than doubling the group of JHC Technology teammates supporting the customer. As our next Systems Administrator, we’re going to be counting on you to help support enterprise Windows management, including server imaging using current imaging technology, patch deployment and updates, as well as software package delivery. You’re going to be our go-to for all activities related to administration of Windows OS servers, and you’re going to be part of the team identifying and performing root cause analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support of Enterprise Windows management infrastructure
  • Installation of patches and updates 
  • Provide implementation, administration, and configuration support
  • Perform server imagining and system configuration as needed 
  • Maintain, and support technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for mid- to large-sized projects 
  • Identify key barriers/core problems and apply problem solving skills in order to deal with complex situations 
  • Perform engineering and roll-out implementation, configuration, debugging, and support 
  • Deliver weekly status updates to project leadership


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other, relevant subject matter. Additional Experience in lieu of a degree with be considered. 
  • Must have 1-3 years of relevant, professional experience in a Microsoft Consulting capacity.
  • Current, active DOJ Public Trust Clearance or other US Government Agency Public Trust Clearance 
  • Must have a general understanding of U.S. Federal Government Compliance Standards and how they apply to Microsoft Enterprise Configurations 
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Must be willing to work full-time, on-site at Customer Facilities in downtown Washington DC
