Systems Administrator (Austin, TX)

The Client Engineering team has launched a new ITAM service, called Corporate AOU, that tracks and reports on all internal use end user equipment (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, etc). We need a Sys Admin capable of learning the new platform and performing L2 triage and support for the admin users of the system. Handling support incidents in Service Now; documenting support trends; triaging and troubleshooting issues escalated to the team; collaborating with the existing team to determine short and long term solutions and enhancements.

ITAM At least 1 year Is Required
Asset Management, At least 1 year Is Required
Systems Administration At least 1 year Is Required
ITIL At least 1 year Is Required
Troubleshooting At least 1 year Is Required
L2 Production Support At least 1 year Is Required
